When I started my apparel company in university I had to teach myself about all the different methods of t-shirt printing to pick the best option for me. In today’s video I thought I’d share that knowledge and tell you about the four main techniques that are used: Iron on transfers, vinyl heat press, screen printing (or silkscreening) and direct-to-garment printing. I’ll go over the pros and cons of each and tell you which situation they’re best used for. This video will be useful whether you’re trying to print t-shirts yourself DIY or get them printed by a company; it helps to know what you’re getting in to! Hope you enjoy it. 🙂
